Change of Mind
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- the item must be unused and in original condition
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and photos where possible so we can assess the issue quickly.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
