About Ezaro
What is Ezaro all about? Ezaro is run by me, Sam, from the Gold Coast. I'm a bit obsessed with clean, organised living, so Ezaro is where I share practical products that actually help make small spaces, rentals, and everyday life calmer and more organised. No clutter, no hype — just gear that earns its place.
What kind of products do you focus on? Practical products for organised living — small-home storage, renter-friendly gear that doesn't damage walls, and cleaning and maintenance bits that keep a tidy space tidy. Things that are simple to use, solve a real problem, and are worth keeping nearby.
Do you sell everything yourself, or recommend products from other stores? Both. I sell a small, curated range directly through the Ezaro store — products I've chosen and stand behind. I also recommend products from other retailers (like Amazon Australia) when they're the best option for the job, and I'll link you straight to them. See the next section for how that works.
How do you choose your products? I look for things that are practical, reliable, and genuinely useful day to day. Where I can, I test products myself and tell you honestly what's good and what isn't. If something is flimsy, fiddly, or doesn't offer real value, it doesn't make the cut.
Recommendations & Affiliate Links
Why do some products link to other stores like Amazon? Sometimes the best product for a job is one I don't stock myself. Rather than push you toward something just because I sell it, I'll link you to the right product wherever it is. Those links take you to the retailer's own page to buy.
Do you earn money from those links? Some outbound links are affiliate links, which means Ezaro may earn a small commission if you buy through them — at no extra cost to you. It never changes what I recommend. You can read the full details on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
Are your reviews honest? Yes. Where I've used a product myself, the review reflects my real experience, downsides included. Where I'm recommending based on research rather than hands-on testing, I'll say so clearly.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from? Products I sell directly are shipped to you by Ezaro. Many items ship from Australian warehouses, while some come from trusted overseas suppliers depending on the product. (Products you buy through an outbound link are shipped by that retailer, under their own terms.)
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping Australia-wide on products sold directly through Ezaro. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product and dispatch location.
How long does shipping take? It depends on the product: Australian stock is typically 2–5 business days, and international stock is typically 5–15 business days. You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How long does order processing take? Usually 1–2 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer.
Will I receive tracking information? Yes — once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Can I change or cancel my order? Get in touch as soon as you can and I'll do my best. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer returns? Yes — there's a 30-day return policy on products sold directly through Ezaro. If you're not satisfied, contact me within 30 days of receiving your item.
What items are eligible for a return? The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
How do I request a return? Email me at support@ezaro.com.au with your order details and reason for return, and I'll guide you through the next steps.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? It depends on the reason. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, I'll cover the return. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account after it's issued.
What about products I bought through a link to another store? Returns and refunds for those are handled by the retailer you bought from (such as Amazon), under their policy — not by Ezaro. Their terms are usually generous, but they're separate from mine.
Product Questions
Are your products good quality? I choose practical, reliable products for everyday use, selected for usefulness, durability, and how well they hold up in real life.
Do your products come with instructions? Most include instructions where needed. If you need extra help, contact me and I'll do my best to assist.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? Contact me as soon as you can and include photos if possible, and I'll arrange a replacement or refund. (For items bought through another retailer, you'll need to contact them directly.)
